Shipping is done only on the working days i.e No shipping on Sunday/Public holiday. Currently we are limited to the Bangalore city only. The product prices are inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges for bulky items might be extra but that would be mentioned clearly in the product details. If you prefer a faster delivery, than an express delivery package of the courier company will be used with an additional cost. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Bhoomi Garden Centre believes in saving our customers from the usual hassle of lengthy return/cancellation and refund processes. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, under a situation where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with our policy or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellations before the order has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, there is much less we can do. We will always try best to make sure our customers are not inconvenienced, but once the product has been shipped it is difficult to recall the products without incurring an additional cost. So, kindly excuse. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received in, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. For example, if you have paid through your credit card, the amount will be refunded back to your credit card. Please allow a maximum of 10 working days for the bank transfer process to go through.
Though we take utmost care in choosing the products we sell, we do not encourage returns of the products. Returns can be accepted only in special cases.
